Executive Chef Dennis Peckham presented an eclectic range of culinary creations perfectly paired with Leopard Frog’s Tribe and Midnight Maasai offerings.

Winemaker David Bate introduced each wine and their unique wine proposition. Accompanied by Leopard Frog’s couture Bernard Callebaut chocolates, David also presented guests with humourous insights into his unique winemaking philosophy.

In addition to participating in the festival, Leopard Frog created a once-off Melchior of Tribe 2006 as a centrepiece for the auction of rare and valuable wines during the Bacchanalia Gala Dinner. This 18 litre bottle fetched CAD 14,000 at auction with proceeds to the Playhouse Theatre Company to underwrite works of the contemporary repertoire.
