The Cithaeron Coratina is a goddess of an olive oil.
This once-off offering of ultra premium extra virgin olive oil was handcrafted using handpicked olives from Stellenbosch and cold extracted through an unfiltered private press in 2013.
It is made entirely from Coratina olives which impart delicate whispers of green grass, almonds, apples and rosemary that yield to bold but balanced sensations of nightshade peppers.
This olive oil is available only in 500ml bottles sealed by hand with wax over the cap. Only 50 bottles were made. Each bottle is individually numbered.
